For me, it’s all about the little things!   I love yarn, daisies in the garden, and orchids on my windowsill.  Living in the Seattle area I get to savor the air after it rains, the sunrise over the mountains, and finding perfect, smooth pebbles at the shore. I secretly enjoy dancing in the kitchen and love making pasta from scratch (and eating it, too).

I have been in, about, and around a classroom for over 30 years, some days with pure joy and silliness, and other times with a coffee in hand trying to wade through the fatigue and frustration. The work is difficult, rewarding, ever-evolving, and always important. I feel blessed by many experiences as a teacher, leader, coach, faculty, curriculum writer and speaker.

I am excited to help you feel energized and successful, not just in what you do, but how you do it!  You deserve to not just survive but to thrive and feel lit up by your goals.
